The primary service area of the projects is in infrastructure development:

  • Water supply and wastewater systems
  • Solid waste management
  • Hydro Power Plant Development; Dams, irrigation systems
  • Roads and Highways
  • Urban Transportation
  • Spatial planning
  • Tourism
  • Support of private sector
  • And other.

Main Responsibilities

Under the direct supervision of the Project Manager, the Project Assistant will support the team in coordinating and administrating project activities:

  • Translate various project documents from Georgian to English and vice versa
  • Analyze tender requirements
  • Identify and evaluate potential project team members
  • Communicate with Consultants, clients, partners, and beneficiaries
  • Participate in reviewing or preparing project proposals, concept papers, project reports, etc.
  • Provide other required administrative assistance to the project management:
    • CV tailoring
    • Preparing Contractual information
    • Organizing training, meetings, conference, etc. (Project Logistic activity)
    • Preparing Project References.

Main Requirements

  • Master’s student or recent graduate in any related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant and proven working experience   
  • Excellent command of English language (both written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and networking skills; Ability to work with the team
  • critical, analytical thinking and good writing skills both in Georgian and English
