Developing a New Strategy Document for the Prosecutor’s Office of Georgia

3.07.2020

On July 1-3, a three-day workshop was conducted for the representatives of the Prosecutor’s Office of Georgia, dedicated to Public Policy Analysis to Improve Strategic Documents – Policy Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation. The main goal of the activity was to develop a strategy document for the Prosecutor’s Office of Georgia.

During the workshop, the participants primarily discussed: the standards and principles relating to the Government’s resolution #629; types of evidence and data sources in the strategic planning process; the necessary conditions and implementation mechanisms for situational analysis; and the determination of indicators for the impact in the logframe and for the task results.

The workshop was conducted in the course of the EU project “Support to the Development of the Criminal Policy, Prosecution and Investigation in Georgia,” which is being implemented by PMCG, as part of a consortium led by ICE Consulting.
