PMCG Welcomes Steve Rozner as Senior Partner and Global Practice Lead for Public Finance Management
PMCG is proud to announce the appointment of Steve Rozner as Senior Partner and Global Practice Lead for Public Finance Management (PFM).
Steve brings more than two decades of global experience in advancing fiscal governance, sovereign debt management, taxation, and economic resilience. Over the course of his career, he has led economic reform initiatives totalling more than $100 million, helping national governments and international organizations enhance fiscal sustainability and strengthen public sector performance.
Prior to joining PMCG, Steve served as Senior Macroeconomist at USAID’s Office of the Chief Economist, where he played a pivotal role in spearheading macroeconomic and fiscal sustainability strategies. His leadership contributed to securing major appropriations and advancing sovereign debt and domestic resource mobilization frameworks in developing and emerging economies.
