PMCG Welcomes Arpine Porsughyan as Country Lead for Armenia

PMCG is pleased to announce the appointment of Arpine Porsughyan as Country Lead for Armenia

Arpine brings over 15 years of experience in development consulting with a strong background in Research, Project management, and Evidence-based Decision-making. She has worked across Armenia, Georgia, the wider Eastern Partnership region, and Central Asia, partnering with national governments, development partners, and international organizations to strengthen institutional performance and advance more accountable, results-oriented governance. 

Before joining PMCG, Arpine served as the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Specialist at USAID/Armenia, leading mission-wide efforts to enhance strategic learning and data-driven decision-making across economic growth and democratic governance portfolios. She also worked with the UN World Food Programme, where she led the strategic design and implementation of monitoring and evaluation systems for the Armenia Country Office, advancing accountability, reinforcing evidence use in strategic planning, and strengthening national partners’ capacity. ‘

In her new role at PMCG, Arpine will focus on enhancing the company’s presence in Armenia by building strong relationships with key public institutions, international development agencies, and other clients or stakeholders. She will support ongoing and future projects, ensuring that PMCG’s work remains closely aligned with national development priorities and contributes to lasting impact.
