PMCG Selected for the British Council’s 2026 Global Evaluation Framework
PMCG has been selected for the British Council’s 2026 Global Evaluation Framework: Support-focused Evidence and Evaluation Consultancy (Lot 2).
The framework will serve as the British Council’s primary route for commissioning monitoring and evaluation consultancy across its global operations, bringing together eligible providers to support programmes, projects, and teams worldwide.
Under Lot 2, PMCG will be eligible to undertake both short- and long-term assignments, including independent evaluations, evaluation and monitoring support, data collection, and project reviews.
Through the framework, PMCG will contribute its expertise across education, equality, diversity and inclusion, climate, value for money, and technical and vocational education and training. The work will span Wider Europe, Asia Pacific, MENA, and Sub-Saharan Africa, where PMCG’s regional experience was also recognised during the selection process.
PMCG welcomes this opportunity and looks forward to contributing its expertise to the British Council’s evidence and evaluation work through future assignments under the framework.
