PMCG Welcomes Andrew Kaiser as Board Member
We are pleased to welcome Andrew Kaiser to PMCG as a Non-Executive Board Member.
Andrew brings more than two decades of experience in international development, entrepreneurship, organizational transformation, and business growth, along with a strong track record of building and scaling organizations across international markets.
He is the founder of The Kaizen Company, which he grew from a one-person start-up into an international consulting firm with more than 225 team members and operations across more than 25 countries. Under his leadership, Kaizen built a strong reputation in organizational development, strategy, and innovation and received recognition including USAID’s 2016 Small Business of the Year.
Andrew later led Kaizen’s sale to Tetra Tech and continued to support the company’s growth and innovation following the acquisition. Throughout his career, he has worked with governments, development partners, businesses, and social enterprises across Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, bringing together strategic thinking, entrepreneurship, and practical experience in international development.
In his role with PMCG, Andrew will provide senior-level strategic advice on areas including institutional development, governance, partnerships, market positioning, and long-term growth, while also bringing his international perspective on clients, donors, markets, and emerging sector trends.
His work also extends to the next generation of business and development leaders. Andrew currently serves as MEIF Entrepreneurship and Innovation Chair and Associate Professor of Practice at Washington College, where he teaches at the newly established Warehime School of Business, with a focus on innovation, entrepreneurship, international business, and social entrepreneurship.
We are very pleased to have Andrew joining PMCG and look forward to the experience, perspective, and strategic insight he will bring as we continue expanding our international presence and partnerships.
