PMCG at the European Development Days 2022
On June 21-22, PMCG participated in European Development Days (EDD) 2022, an event organized in Brussels by the European Commission to bring the development community together each year to share ideas and experiences.
On its 15th edition, the topic was titled “Global Gateway – Building Sustainable Partnerships for a Connected World.” This represents the EU’s contribution to narrowing the global investment gap and its global strategy to building sustainable partnerships to establish an interconnected world. It covers issues ranging from green and digital transitions, to securing health supply chains and urban development, to high-quality education and innovation in science and technology.
“EDD brought together the development community from around the world to facilitate the exchange of ideas and building new partnerships to achieve development goals in different parts of the world. EDD is an excellent opportunity to share experience, to learn about innovative approaches to finding solutions to global challenges like environment protection, sustainable growth, digitalization, connectivity, and many more. Our stand was visited by many interested people wanting to learn about PMCG and our experience,”
said Tamar Medulashvili, Director of the EU Unit at PMCG.
We were glad to be part of EDD for yet another year, as it is a great opportunity to meet international partners and colleagues from the development community and to contribute to the EU’s strategy of forging sustainable and trusted connections across the world that work for people and planet.
