PMCG Welcomes Giorgi Tsurtsumia as Engineering Consulting Practice Lead
We are pleased to welcome Giorgi Tsurtsumia to PMCG as Engineering Consulting Practice Lead.
Giorgi brings more than 12 years of experience in transport and infrastructure projects across Georgia, Armenia, Ukraine, and Saudi Arabia, including assignments financed by ADB, the World Bank, EBRD, and EIB.
His background spans both contractor and Engineer-side roles, with strong expertise in FIDIC contract administration, claims and variations, programme control, construction supervision, contractual risk, and project management.
Most recently, he served as Project and Contract Manager on the approximately USD 2 billion Diriyah Arena Project in Riyadh and also contributed to ADB’s evaluation of the ADB financed (SUTIP) Projects in Georgia.
At PMCG, Giorgi will lead the development of our Engineering Consulting Practice, supporting ongoing infrastructure assignments, new business opportunities, technical proposals, partnerships, and the expansion of PMCG’s engineering and project management capabilities.
We are delighted to have Giorgi on board and look forward to building this practice together.
