Preston Lindler
Preston Lindler is an international development and legal professional (J.D./George Washington University, MPP/Pepperdine University) with 17 years of high-level experience in managing U.S. government-funded projects in Europe and Eurasia, and in global business development.
He has worked closely with political and civil society partners in Eastern Europe, including Georgia, Ukraine, Armenia, and Azerbaijan, as well as in closed societies. At the International Republican Institute (IRI), he managed the Institute’s Georgia programs for more than a decade and led the Electoral Security working group, while also serving as an accredited election observer for ten elections worldwide.
More recently, he was deployed as a trainer for Kaizen/HICD, working with USAID’s Georgian partners on reporting requirements and capacity development, and as Senior Business Development Manager for Freedom House, helping to manage proposals and develop best practices and procedures.
