Rati Gabrichidze
Rati Gabrichidze is a Financial Sector Reform Manager in the USAID Financial Innovation Program.
He is finance and public investment management expert with nearly two decades of comprehensive experience.
In particular, he has worked on a variety of high-profile international institutions funded projects, including with the EIB, NEFCO, the CEB, KFW, DGGF, USAID, the EBRD, WB, and the SDC.
Since 2015, Gabrichidze has contributed extensively to projects implemented by PMCG, performing cost analysis, preparing financial statements, and creating financial models and investment plans for SMEs.
In the field of capital investment planning, he has broad analytical experience, covering training needs assessments, providing general induction and orientation courses, developing guidebooks on capital investment plan preparation, and assisting local self-governments.
Meanwhile, as an SME consultant, he has designed and delivered SME-related trade finance capacity-building measures, conducted trade finance trainings as well as awareness-raising meetings with SMEs to help them complete online trade passports.
In addition to working on various such projects, Gabrichidze has worked in and with different financial institutions, evaluating investment opportunities, analyzing financial risks, attracting long-term financing and forging investor relations.
