Oleksii Snikhovskyi

Oleksii Snikhovskyi is a Deputy Construction Activities Manager in the USAID Governance and Local Accountability (HOVERLA) Activity.

He has 15 years of professional experience in the management/coordination of civil engineering projects and teams, as well as in public infrastructure project designs preparation in Ukraine (project portfolio of USD 350 million). He also has substantial expertise in construction, from business case development to the preparation of documents and approval of construction permits.

During 2015-2016, Snikhovskyi worked under the UNDP project “Early Recovery of Social Services and Peacebuilding in Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts,” coordinating civil engineering and construction processes for the reconstruction and renovation of buildings. Of note, he participated in design development for 25 projects (totaling USD 4.5 million), and has managed construction works on 19 sites with a total budget amounting to USD 3 million.

Since 2017, he has worked on over 20 investment proposals in the fields of reconstruction and coordinating construction processes for different complexes (with a total budget of over USD 160 million), including objects in the Chornobyl Exclusion Zone.
