Elene Gotsadze
Elene Gotsadze is a results-driven professional with over 20 years of experience in project management, international relations, and public administration. She currently serves as the Regional Engagement Manager for the USAID Resilient Communities Program at CNFA, where she leads the implementation of key municipal development initiatives, fostering collaboration with government and development partners.
Previously, she held other significant roles, including Business Development Manager at PMCG, and Public Administration Reform Specialist for the USAID Good Governance Initiative.
She also played a leading role in promoting Georgia’s European integration as Director of the Information Center on NATO and EU, harnessing her expertise in strategic communication and community mobilization.
In the field of sustainable socio-economic development, Gotsadze has developed numerous municipal action plans, disaster risk reduction strategies, and infrastructure projects, securing substantial funding for community initiatives in the process.
She holds a Master’s in Public Administration and is currently pursuing a PhD in Humanities at Tbilisi State University, and is fluent in Georgian and English, and proficient in Russian.
Her commitment to public service has been recognized through multiple awards, including certificates from the U.S. Embassy in Georgia. She is also a published co-author, contributing to important discourse on NATO and EU integration.
