Ahmad Dorgham

Ahmad M. F. Al Dorgham is a Public Expenditure Management Component Lead  in the Jordan Public Financial Management and Administration Activity. He has over 36 years of experience, including a distinguished 27-year career in the Royal Jordanian Air Force, where he retired as a Brigadier General.

His expertise encompasses senior-level management, e-projects, and the design and implementation of governmental e-procurement systems. He has a deep understanding of logistics, inventory control systems, and supply sector reforms, complemented by his roles in technical consultations and organizational process optimization.

Following his military career, he contributed to the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and managed several pivotal projects, including the Jordan Online E-Procurement System and the Government Inventory Management & Control System.

Since 2019, Dorgham has served as a freelance consultant, applying his extensive knowledge to improve inventory control and e-procurement processes.

His professional journey has been marked by successful collaborations with international agencies as well as enhancing government procurement efficiency in Jordan.

Meanwhile, his educational background includes a BA in Business Administration and various certifications in process re-engineering, IT systems, and military leadership.

He is fluent in both Arabic and English, and excels in communication and client relations, while being committed to continuous learning and leadership.
