Supporting Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center (EMC) to Enhance its Institutional Effectiveness
We are collaborating with the Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center (EMC) to enhance its organizational structure and performance.
The EMC is a non-governmental organization, focusing on the fields of human rights (including social, women’s, and minority rights), judicial procedure law enforcement, and democratization.
In order to ensure effective implementation of its important functions, we will analyze the mission and goals of the EMC, review its existing organizational structure and legal documents, provide recommendations for the best solutions to establish an effective and cooperative board within the organization, and develop an optimal model for organizational arrangements.
“Reshaping the organizational structure and governance will enable the EMC to carry out its day-to-day activities more efficiently and to achieve its organizational goals through the evaluation of basic processes, enabling it to coordinate its activities with its constituent groups,” said Tengiz Sultanishvili, Consultant at PMCG.
The project is being implemented under the USAID Georgia Human and Institutional Capacity Development (HICD) 2020 Activity, which is led by Mendez England & Associates (ME&A).
