Support to Policy Dialogue Mongolia 2024

The project aims to support the Government of Mongolia and the Cooperation section of the EU Delegation to Mongolia by sharing expertise in priority policy areas such as macroeconomics, public finance management (PFM), budget processes, and employment.

In addition, the Government of Mongolia and the EU Delegation to Mongolia are receiving assistance in the preparation of the documents necessary for the final annual disbursement of the Budget Support to the Government of Mongolia in 2024.

Specifically, in the course of the project, PMCG is conducting the following activities:

• Assisting the Ministry of Finance of Mongolia and the EU Delegation to Mongolia drafting and submitting the required files for the EU Sector Budget Support Programme;
• Completing analytical work related to macroeconomic, PFM, and employment matters, as requested by the EU Delegation; and
• Providing support in the translation of key strategic documents concerning the Budget Support disbursement, and in interpretation during meetings in the context of the annual review.
