At the first stage, PMCG’s team is working to provide:

  • Detailed RIA action plans
  • Capacity development plan
  • Stakeholder surveys

In addition, the team will conduct on-job training sessions on RIA methodology for staff members of different parliamentary committees and identify preferred options for establishment of an employment mechanism.

As a result, the project aims to enhance the quality of the process, and to pave the way for efficient establishment of the employment mechanism.
