This project aims to evaluate the outcomes of a project called “Capacity Assessment, Strategic Planning and Comprehensive Capacity Development for Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in Georgia.”
The purpose of the above-mentioned project was to facilitate the organizational capacity self-assessment process for 15 civil society organizations (CSOs) operating in Tbilisi and in the regions of Georgia, by applying the Organization Capacity Assessment Tool (OCAT). Pertinently, PMC RC conducted the organizational thematic and technical capacity assessment and, based on the findings, created the organizational development strategies for each target CSO with their active involvement.
Within this project, PMC RC will carry out the following activities:
- Facilitate the organizational capacity self-assessment process for 15 CSOs, in close cooperation with the PIN team and using PIN’s Organization Capacity Assessment Tool (OCAT) as a guide; and
- Review strategies and capacity development plans to evaluate organizational development of target CSOs using PIN’s qualitative assessment tool and update them accordingly.
