Policy and Management Consulting Group (PMCG) has signed a contract with the Tbilisi Entrepreneurship Support Fund to provide business-consulting diagnostic services to six Tbilisi–based business entities in the following directions:

4. Financial analyses:

• Analysis of costs
• Financial statements for the last 3 years
• Working capital management, debt to equity optimality ratio analysis
