Organization Development Fund to Think Tank

Project Description:

The project aims to improve the three specific areas of think tank activity: quality of research products, communications and advocacy capacity and internal development and governance.  Hence, in the framework of this project PMC Research Center has developed organization’s communication, fundraising, quality control and governance strategy and is in the process of their implementation. The project also supports PMC Research Center in capacity building by providing funds for staff trainings  as well as retreats and  study trips.
