PMCG, as a subcontractor of the Baltic Innovation Agency (BIA), is evaluating 300 selected business plan proposals for the 12th and 13th rounds of the Startup Matching Grants program. Moreover, PMCG is delivering a five-day training session for 50 finalist startups at Georgia’s Innovation and Technology Agency’s (GITA) Tech Park in Tbilisi.

Specifically, PMCG’s contribution entails carrying out the following activities for both rounds:

  • Conducting mid-term evaluations of 150 applications;
  • Training 50 successful applicants chosen as finalists at a five-day session; and
  • Organizing two or three “Information Days” for at least 100 of the unsuccessful applicants

The comprehensive evaluation, training, and information dissemination efforts across rounds 12 and 13 of the Startups Matching Grants program will enhance the overall quality of submissions, equip finalists with essential skills, and ensure that even those whose applications are rejected still receive valuable feedback and resources to develop and improve.

Ultimately, this carefully structured approach will foster a more competitive and resilient startup ecosystem, driving innovation and sustainable growth across the entrepreneurial landscape.
