Final survey for Private Sector Development and Technical Vocational Education and Training South Caucasus (PSD TVET SC) Programme

PMC Research is carrying out a project as part of GIZ’s Private Sector Development and Technical Vocational Education and Training South Caucasus (PSD TVET SC) Programme. Its aim is to evaluate Outcome Indicator 3, which concerns companies’ perceptions on the relevance of the labor market.

Accordingly, PMC Research is surveying micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), broken down into two groups. The first comprises companies to have participated in the development and implementation of vocational education and training (VET) programs, including long-term dual programs and short-term certificate courses. Meanwhile, the second group contains companies to have received advisory services from partner organizations supported by the PSD TVET SC program.

Coordinating closely with the PSD TVET SC program, PMC Research will evaluate and present the results achieved under Outcome Indicator 3 in 2021-2023. The evaluation will adhere to the standards of empirical social research and involve the following tasks:

• Developing an evaluation concept;
• Conducting a survey using the computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) method; and
• Drafting the report.
