PMCG signed the comprehensive agreement with “Rusmetali” LLC on investment advisory services for construction of Lukhuni II Hydro Power Plant in Ambrolauri Region, Georgia. 

Within the contract PMCG is providing the following services:

  • Elaboration of Business Plan  for “Lukhuni II HPP development project” (Completed)

  • Company due diligence

  • Identification of potential financial partners interested in financing construction of Lukhuni II HPP

  • Presentation of Lukhuni II HPP financial and technical characteristics to financial partners

  • Negotiations with financial partners on transaction points

  • Assisting parties in transaction closing
