PMCG Honored to Host Senior Expert from Germany
To be constantly evolving is one of the main priorities for PMCG on its way to success. Therefore, we are delighted to welcome Mr. Burkhard Schwinde from German Senior Experten Service (SES) to assist PMCG to enhance cooperation with German development organizations such as KFW, GIZ, DEG in the Caucasus region with potential to eventually cover Eastern European and Central Asian countries. Mr. Schwinde will also assist PMCG to build partnerships with German consulting companies and identify an optimal strategy to access infrastructure development funds.
Mr. Schwinde has worked for more than 30 years for KFW Bankengruppe (German Development Bank). In this position, he managed physical and financial implementation of social and economic infrastructure projects in most regions of the world. His professional expertise covers economics, accounting, costing, tariff arrangements, project promotion and financing, and profitability analysis. Before joining the KFW Bankengruppe, he worked as a consultant for the implementation of socio-economic feasibility studies.
The non-profit organization SES was established in 1983 and today its 10,000 members provide expert knowledge and strengthen local skills across various sectors and industries to boost economic sustainability and social development across the globe.
