Organizational Development Advisor George Jerenashvili Joins PMCG Team

Policy and Management Consulting Group (PMCG) is pleased to announce that George Jerenashvili has joined our team as an Organizational Development Advisor for the USAID-funded project “Good Governance Initiative (GGI)” in Georgia. Mr. Jerenashvili will support the Government of Georgia (GoG) to strengthen policy development, law-making processes and institutional oversight of the Government.

Mr. Jerenashvili previously worked as a Public Sector Consulting Director at PMCG, where he was coordinating public sector consulting projects within the company. He was also managing various donor-funded policy advising, business enabling environment, capacity building and institutional development projects.

Recently, as a Head of the Parliament Budget Office of Georgia, he has successfully implemented structural reform of the institution. Prior to that, he also worked as a Head of the Audit Department at State Audit Office of Georgia and as a Financial Specialist at the United States Embassy in Georgia.

Given PMCG’s experience of working with Mr. Jerenashvili, we are sure that he make a valuable contribution to the success of the project. We are pleased to welcome back a valuable professional to our team.
