About the Role

PMCG is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Officer to join our team. This position is an excellent opportunity for a young professional who enjoys working in an international environment and wants to build a career in project management and consulting. As a Project Officer, you will support the implementation and development of projects funded by international organizations, working alongside experienced consultants and project managers across a wide range of sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze tender requirements
• Identify and evaluate potential project experts and consultants
• Communicate with clients, consultants, partners, and beneficiaries
• Assist in the preparation and review of project proposals, concept notes, reports, and other technical documents
• Support project administration, including:
  • Tailoring expert CVs for specific assignments
  • Preparing contractual documentation
  • Organizing meetings, workshops, conferences, and training events
  • Preparing project references and company credentials
• Providing day-to-day support to project managers

Previous experience in project management, consulting, proposal preparation, or working with international organizations will be considered an advantage.
