Management System Development for SMEs

One of the key questions every company should answer before expanding is whether it has all of the necessary resources and systems in place to work efficiently.

Realizing this fact, owner of Chventan Ltd., a supplier of a wide range of fresh fruits and vegetables, asked PMCG to develop a management system suitable for the company’s operational needs.

• • In the framework of the project, PMCG will complete the following activities:

• • Develop an organizational structure and write job descriptions

• • Develop an operations manual

• • Minimize the risks of error in business expansion related financial calculations, by assisting the Financial Manager and key staff members
