Human Resource Management Trainings for State Registration Service of Kyrgyz Republic

On April 22, PMCG delivered training to high and middle level management personnel of the State Registration Service (SRS) of Kyrgyz Republic on Human Resource Management (HRM). The training session was attended by heads of the SRS departments, as well as specialists from the legal, HRM and other departments. PMCG introduced the methodology for the working process and work environment analysis, developing positions and job descriptions, performance appraisal system and other HRM-related issues.

The training session was conducted in the framework of the USAID-funded project ‘Improve Institutional Performance of State Registration Service of Kyrgyz Republic’.
