PMCG congratulates the Competition and State Procurement Agency on being named “”The most transparent and efficient Electronic System Developer”, – in the new research report carried out by “Transparency International Georgia”.

The report stated “The electronic procurement official system, which is the most important tool of state contracts, represents one of the most effective and transparent models in the world”.

The official web-site for electronic procurement is an innovative and transparent system, where any interested person can bid to appeal any decision made by the Appeals Board. This process helps to protect and enhance the fair and competitive environment of the procurement process.

Over several years, PMCG has established a long-standing partnership with the Competition and State Procurement Agency. We have been working together on several major projects in order to increase transparency and to establish effective communications.
