PMCG Launches the Capacity-Building Initiative for Ukraine’s MOF

PMCG is pleased to announce the launch of a new project, “Consultancy Firm for Ukraine MoF Capacity Building,” funded by the World Bank.

The project strengthens the institutional and professional capacity of the Ministry of Finance. It supports Ukraine’s fiscal reform agenda and progress toward EU accession. The initiative develops a sustainable and institutionalized training system. This system addresses the Ministry’s evolving needs and aligns with EU standards.

The project builds on PMCG’s extensive experience in public financial management reform in Ukraine and the wider region. It combines international best practices with strong local expertise. The initiative embeds continuous learning within the Ministry of Finance. It also supports the development of a skilled and adaptive public financial management workforce.
