Blue Guide – A Guideline Document Underpinning the EU’s Quality Infrastructure System

The Georgian version of the Blue Guide and its simplified version have been adapted for the audience composed of Conformity Assessment Bodies (CABs) and producers. The document outlines the key elements of EU product legislation governing the free Movement of goods within the EU, and includes the obligations of economic operators, product-related requirements, conformity assessment, accreditation and market surveillance. Particular attention is paid to processes and obligations that are of essential importance to manufacturers and conformity assessment bodies (CABs).
