Erol Cavit Erener

Erol Cavit N. Erener is a Resident Engineer in the Kvemo Kartli Solid Waste Management Project – Project Implementation Support Services.

He is highly experienced civil engineer with nearly 30 years of expertise in project management, supervision, and construction across various sectors, including solid waste, wastewater treatment, and hydraulic structures.

Previously serving as Team Leader at TEMELSU International Engineering Services, Erol successfully oversaw significant projects, such as the Telavi Water Supply Project in Georgia and multiple initiatives in Turkey, Azerbaijan, and the Middle East.

Of note, he also possesses a substantial understanding of FIDIC-based contract conditions (red, yellow, and silver books).

His vast knowledge and skill in contract management, planning, and cost analysis, combined with his knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions, has enabled him to lead large teams of international and local experts to significant effect.

In the academic realm, he holds a B.Sc. from Eastern Mediterranean University and is a member of the Chamber of Civil Engineers in Turkey.

He is also adept in structural design programs like IDECAD and STA4CAD, while he is fluent in Turkish and proficient in English.
