Lika Mtskerashvili
Lika is a Project Officer in PMCG’s Public Policy Unit, where she coordinates and administers projects, and assists in preparing project proposals, concept papers, and reports. Moreover, she helps to reach out to potential clients and partners and communicates with them.
Before joining PMCG, Lika served as a Grants Coordinator Intern at the Public Affairs Section of the U.S. Embassy in Georgia. In addition, she was a lecturer at Team Education GE, a center for non-formal education delivering lectures on politics, international relations, and European integration. In addition, she is also a member of the U.S. Government Exchange Program Alumni Association of Georgia (EPAG).
Moreover, Lika has earned various professional development scholarships including a Vocational University Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Wake Forest University (USA) and another scholarship from the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Tallinn University. Currently, Lika is in the process of obtaining certification in public policy analysis, further cementing her expertise in this area.
At the same time, Lika is a PhD candidate in Politics at the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA). Previously, she earned a master’s degree in International Relations from GIPA and completed a master’s exchange program at the University of Hamburg. Lika is fluent in Georgian and English, and competent in Russian and German.
