Meet Irina Tserodze, Our New Senior Consultant in Education and Skills Development
We are delighted to welcome Ms. Irina Tserodze to our team as a senior consultant in the field of education and skills development, bringing with her a proven track record of more than 15 years in the public and private sector.
We extend a warm welcome to her, who we believe will make a significant contribution to our achievements in the education sector.
While working as the Deputy Head, and later as the Head, of the Vocational Education Development Department at the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Georgia, Ms. Tserodze has coordinated, implemented, and monitored the Vocational Education Reform Strategy in line with the socio-economic priorities of the country. During the last six years, she has contributed to the introduction of public-private partnership in education, quality improvement and internationalization of the education sector, as well as the development of target-oriented educational services and improved access to education for rural populations. Moreover, she has a strong background in international development.
In her new role, Ms. Tserodze will be responsible for developing PMCG’s approach in the education sector, as well as establishing and reinforcing collaboration with our international development institutions. She will also lead field-related projects and will ensure their successful implementation. We are confident that Ms. Tserodze will excel in this new position at PMCG.
