Temur Bolotashvili

Mr. Bolotashvili is a construction industry consultant with 9 years of experience in construction regulation, legislation, licensing, permitting, and developing institutional capacity of construction permit issuing agencies.

He worked for USAID Economic Prosperity Initiative as a Construction Sector Manager and, until 2009, was leading the Technical Construction Standards Team on the USAID-funded Georgia Business Climate Reform project. He has provided support to International Finance Corporation in an effort to draft a construction policy paper and survey report, and has designed, developed, and distributed manuals for the private sector regarding new legal requirements and how construction companies can ensure proper compliance.
