The main objective of the project is to rehabilitate/implement environmentally friendly communal infrastructure in Mtskheta-Mtianeti region. The project aims to improve communal services provision for the population in an environmentally friendly, energy-efficient, and sustainable manner. Moreover, the project's goal is to prepare Legally Binding Land Use Plan for Stepantsminda.
