Job overview and main responsibilities:

LTTA will be responsible for the implementation of the selected business-enabling environment-related reforms. Thus he/she will be supporting the implementation of institutional, legal, and regulatory reforms under the guidance of the Project Team Leader and Subject-Matter experts. The reform area may cover starting the business, state property management, construction permits, investment promotions, and other areas.

LTTA will be responsible for:

** Review existing legal and institutional frameworks;
** Study materials provided by the project team;
** Develop a detailed action plan to implement the reform agenda;
** Build solid working relationships with project stakeholders, including government counterparts private sector, with regard to project activities that fall under the assigned technical areas;
** Conducts presentations on international best practices to implement institutional and policy reforms;
** Acts as a moderator and facilitator at workshops, as needed.

Required skills and Experience:

** Master`s in economics, International Law, International Relations, or any related field;
** Experience in research, analysis, and reporting;
** Prior experience in engaging in institutional and regulatory reforms to promote business business-enabling environment;
** Sound knowledge of successful reforms implemented during recent years in Georgia;
** Flexible team player with the ability to also work independently;
** Fluency in written and spoken English.
