Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior specialists in preparing environmental documentation, including Screening and Scoping Reports, Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA), Environmental and Social Management Plans (ESMP), Environmental and Social Action Plans (ESAP), and other relevant reports.
- Conduct field visits and compile detailed reports based on observations and key findings.
- Support Business Development activities by conducting desk research and contributing to methodological inputs.
Main Requirements:
- A bachelor`s or master`s degree (or recent graduate) in Environmental Studies or a related field.
- At least one year of relevant experience in environmental studies.
- A solid understanding of local environmental legislation and regulations.
- Experience with projects funded by international financial institutions (IFIs) is an advantage.
- Fluency in both Georgian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in team environments.
- Critical thinking, analytical skills, and strong writing abilities in both Georgian and English are essential.
