Management Improvement Program with United Water Supply Company of Georgia

PMCG works with Sachsen Wasser GmbH (lead partner) under ADB financed Urban Services Improvement Investment Program, Management Contractor to improve the company’s overall performance in United Water Supply Company of Georgia (UWSCG).

Within the contract PMCG is providing the following services:

• Support and implementation of improvement measures in commercial / customer relations management of UWSCG.
• Support and implementation of improving measures in billing / bill-collection management of UWSCG
• Collect and analyze company’s monthly key performance data
• Support the international tariff expert in tariff developing policy
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for local staff of UWSCG in different regions of Georgia
