In Georgia, the average cost of a room1 in a 3-star hotel was 140 GEL per night in December 2019. While the average cost of a room in a 4-star hotel in Georgia was 213 GEL per night and the average cost of a room in a guesthouse2 was 69 GEL per night.

In October 2019, in Georgia the hotel price index3 decreased by 5.9% compared to September 2019. The 3-star, 4-star and 5-star hotel price index decreased by 5.9%, while for guesthouses, the price index decreased by 6.2%.

In Georgia, the average cost of a room1 in a 3-star hotel was 145 GEL per night in September 2019. While the average cost of a room in a 4-star hotel in Georgia was 227 GEL per night and the average cost of a room in a guesthouse2 was 73 GEL per night.

Beneficiary company procured PMCG’s consultancy service as its first step on the way of defining and resolving its problems. PMCG provided consultancy service and delivered to the managements the development strategy of beneficiary company’s business activities. Further, the development strategy has been delivered to the company’s management for its review and for adopting the final version. On the final stage the company took decisions to implement measures given in the development strategy.
