The objective of the project is to provide policy advice and technical assistance to the Government of Kosovo in enhancing macro-economic stability and public financial management (PFM) at central and local levels of government.

The objective of this project was to share Georgia’s experience in successful administrative reforms with Belarus, as well as with Moldova and Ukraine in order to address the challenges these countries faced. We focused on overlapping functions of the administrative bodies, lack of transparency, lack of public awareness about ongoing reforms, lack of civil sector involvement in the decision-making processes, lack of confidence from society and high administrative burden in several fields.

The objective of this project is to support the Government of Afghanistan (GoA) at the central and municipal level in Kabul by streamlining the Construction Permitting process and related pre approvals, creating a transparent and simplified regulatory framework, which realizes public good health and safety policy objectives and reduces the complexity of the Construction Permitting process, and building the capacity of the Construction Permitting civil servants capable of implementing the reforms.

PMCG under the USAID- funded program Economic Prosperity Initiative (EPI) provided assistance to the National Agency of State Property (NASP) and developed the manual for NASP on Bankruptcy, Liquidation and Merger of State Owned Enterprises (SOE). PMCG, together with NASP staff, developed a detailed manual describing the process NASP must followapply to conduct SOE’s merger, liquidation and bankruptcy procedures.
