PMCG is working on the World Bank’s Human Capital Project in order to support the Government of Georgia to prioritize human capital development in a sustainable way. Georgia is listed as an “Early Adopter” of this World Bank initiative, which aims to develop a Human Capital Index (HCI) in order to advocate for investment in the human capital of future generations. Georgia, along with other pilot countries, is building narratives and anticipating policy commitments ahead of the World Bank Group’s annual meeting in October 2018.
